1. Subscription & Billing

You are purchasing a recurring subscription to Redline Data Lab. Your payment method will be automatically charged on a monthly basis unless you cancel before the next billing date.

2. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued. This includes partial billing periods, unused time, or dissatisfaction with results.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges only — no prorated refunds will be issued for any remaining time in the current billing period.

4. Results Disclaimer

Redline Data Lab does not guarantee leads, revenue, or specific outcomes. Results may vary based on your business type, industry, and market conditions.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

You agree to contact support at hello@redline-data.xyz before initiating any dispute or chargeback with your card issuer. Unauthorized chargebacks are a violation of this agreement. You are responsible for any fees, penalties, or costs incurred as a result of disputes.

6. Authorization

You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. You authorize Redline Data Lab to charge your card in accordance with these terms on a recurring monthly basis.

7. Acceptance

By completing your purchase, you:

• Agree to these Terms of Service
• Acknowledge the no-refund policy
• Authorize recurring monthly charges until cancellation

Message Types: Messages may concern appointments, onboarding, account or service updates, and customer support.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service requests and account activity.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

Opting Out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us.

Help: For assistance, reply HELP to any message from us.

Consent Not Required: SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. You may use our services without consenting to receive SMS messages.
